The way to get the most out of Elizabeth's training is Fit Groups.

More will be explained how these work.

Each group will cover a specific area of focus such as:
- holding to an exercise plan for 10 days
- holding to a nutrition plan for 10 days
- working with limiting belief for 10 days
- working out strategy for FUN RUN in 10 days

Spinning From Home

The main benefits of spinning mentioned often include
Burns Fat, Improves Posture, Strengthens Heart and Lungs as well as it can be dome at home when the weather outside is downright nasty.

Able to do it from home makes it convenient and most importantly saves time that would otherwise be wasted getting gym gear together, getting in the car, driving to the gym, waiting for the usual late comers before your class can start, then driving back home, emptying out the bag etc etc.. in short.. lots of LOST seconds.

So spinning from home makes a lot of sense.

NOW while you are there its a good opportunity to work even smarter and manage your time even better as it can be used for us to review some of your health and fitness goals at the same time

Limiting Belief Groups

To get the most out of Elizabeth's training we conduct limiting belief groups around

  • Can't lose weight
  • Can't keep the weight off
  • Struggle controlling eating due to stress, night time eating, boredom
  • Diet Plans don't Work
  • Doctor's don't help with health plans
  • No self discipline
  • Give up
  • Can't keep motivated
  • Clothes always look daggy on me
and more...

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY it goes BEYOND that

How many people do you know who look great, are just the right weight, have big attractive smiles, draw people to them like a magnet but unbeknownst to you are deeply troubled inside? very frightened.. ugly.. alone?

So you need to ask yourself have you covered all your limiting beliefs.. You need to ask yourself how you can be sure that losing 25 pounds and removing the belief you have around that be the end of it and make you feel successful?

If you are unsure.. and think there could be a chance that you may not succeed.. then enquire about the power of a limiting belief group
In limiting belief group we work in threes.. over a period 4 weeks... that coincides with the goal for each week in your training package.

What beliefs do you hold around success that may render all your hard work for naught.

Medical Condition

It is important to get clear on your medical condition to help create the best program that is most suitable for your situation now.


It is possible that your doctor cannot clear you without a more specific detailed exercise and nutrition plan.

Is this your situation? Have you 'followed up' on that or are you not concerned about your health and happy to hide behind that handy excuse?

To what extent is your health important? Is it important enough to take just one more look at a plan that your doctor could clear?
